Executive Summary
Delaware Valley Corporation manufactures Needle-punch Non-woven fabrics using carded, dry-laid webs of natural and manmade fibers which are finish through the processes of needle punching, thermal-bonding, coating, die cutting, slitting or a combination of these processes.
The company is a family-owned business, which is headquartered in the office and new warehouse addition to their Tewksbury, MA production facility.
Mr. D. Paul DiMaggio Jr., the son of founder Dominic DiMaggio, served as president of the company for over 40 years .
On February 1st, 2019, in a major restructuring plan, Delaware Valley’s Board of directors unanimously nominated Mr. Nashaat Abu-Saadah – a non-family member – to President of the company. Saadah has worked in all facets of the business. His knowledge and expertise in material sciences has helped to meet clients’ complex needs as well as develop new product lines in developing markets.
As part of the restructuring, D. Paul DiMaggio became the CEO to focus on the growth of company assets.

Delaware Valley has become noted for our innovation in production techniques and forward thinking on environmental issues. We pride ourselves in working with potential customers, both large and small, to develop and produce cost effective fabrics and felts to serve their needs. We also pride ourselves on being leaders in environmentally friendly production methods, the most notable being the large scale commercial introduction in 1991 of Thermal Bonded structured and patterned fabrics that has allowed us to totally dispense with the use of polluting, liquid based backing adhesives and allowed us to be able to fully recover all of our production waste.
